Simon Bates
Simon appears on behalf of the XVSC (The Xenoxxx Video Standards Council) to explain what the various classifications mean. He is not happy.
Biography[]
Simon first appears in The Awakening explaining the U certificate (u probably won't like it). He is somewhat irritable.
His second appearance is in Advanced Strangulation explaining the PG certificate (it was filmed in a private garden; renting a PG film makes you an accessory to trespass). He is rather disgruntled.
Behind the scenes[]
During The Awakening, the U certificate changes very briefly to the Xenoxxx logo in black & white, then there is a flash of some plans or schematic drawings on the screen behind Simon. During Advanced Strangulation, there is another flash of similar plans or drawings. What is Simon trying to show us?
